Description
Konecta, our second European client in Egypt, commissioned a full fit-out of a 1,200 m² dual-floor headquarters in North 90 Street, New Cairo. The core objective was to maximize operational space to accommodate a large number of workstations — all to be delivered in less than 45 days.
After initiating architectural amendments and IT infrastructure, the client requested a major design pivot — replacing all gypsum partitions with security glass. Despite the late change, Armed Group redesigned, re-executed, and delivered on time. The final delivery featured fire-resistant carpeting, executive offices, soundproofing, biophilic décor (e.g., green walls), and an optimized layout that reflects European standards.
